Jet HQ to Represent the Series 400 Throughout the Indian Subcontinent

Victoria, British Columbia, January 23rd, 2015:  Viking Air Limited of Victoria, British Columbia, has assigned Jet HQ of Dubai, UAE, to become the regional sales representative for the Viking Twin Otter Series 400 for Southern Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan and the Maldives.

Jet HQ, led by Ted Farid, Chairman, and Garett Jerde, Managing Director, brings over 50 years of combined global aviation leadership expertise to the Series 400 Twin Otter sales network, including management of award winning sales programs for OEMs of twin engine turbo-prop aircraft.  Considered a market entry specialist, Jet HQ is perfectly positioned to bring the Viking Twin Otter Series 400 into the emerging markets of Southern Asia, with the added benefit of retaining established international sales networks for both commercial and special missions aircraft market segments.

Peter Walker, Viking’s Regional Sales Director for Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific, commented “We’re happy to welcome Jet HQ to Viking’s expanding Series 400 sales network, and feel their strength in establishing themselves in emerging markets will be an asset for familiarizing potential customers with the Twin Otter’s proven capabilities, and Viking’s proven customer service.”
