Engineering Support
Critical to meeting the responsibilities as a type certificate holder is our experienced and highly skilled engineering team. From complex repairs to material and process changes brought about by technological advances in aerospace to the revision of technical manuals, Viking is committed to meeting the regulatory and safety requirements of the fleet.

A 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) hotline is in place to keep downtime to a minimum.

Viking is pleased to announce a further enhancement to our 24/7 AOG service with the addition of a dedicated email address: aog@vikingair.com.
As an alternative contact method to our existing after hours hotline phone service, it will be a valuable tool in compensating for phone line difficulties in certain world regions and time differences.

1. This email address is reserved for critical AOG communications only and is not intended for obtaining information on any existing AOG orders already in place.
2. All orders placed via this email address will be subject to a minimum AOG fee based on value of order as per our existing General Terms and Conditions.
