Job Description:
Summary of Functions
Provide customers, suppliers and guests with courteous and effective reception services whether in person or by phone.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Receptionist
Answering of phones and distribution of calls and messages in a courteous, respectful and helpful manner.
Friendly and positive greeting of any vistors to the facility and the following guest protocol (safety, FOD, etc)
Coordinate booking of rooms and facilities for meetings.
Retrieval and sorting of the daily mail for various departments.
Organization, security (as to loose valuables) and cleanliness of reception area.
Spares quoting and order management.
Qualifications:
Work independantly and be highly organized.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
A strong attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Forward thinker/ Anticipates needs/ Inquisitive/ Resourceful.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Organizational:
Reports directly to the Product Support Manager
